To whom it may concern,

There have been many moments I keep coming back to. Moments of quiet frustration. Watching, again and again, as the loudest voice in the room getting handed the leadership mic. Brash, ego-driven, self-promoting types chosen to lead. Not because they’re wise. Not because they care. But because they’re visible. Assertive. Strategic in all the wrong ways.

I can’t help but ask: where are the good ones?

Where are the people who lead not for the title, but for the impact? Who feel the weight of responsibility, not just wield the power? The ones who want to build, not dominate. Who create space for others to grow, and who carry a deep, often quiet sense of service?

I know they’re out there. I’ve met them. I like to think, I’m one of them!

I’ve seen so many selfless people hesitate. Stay on the sidelines. Talk themselves out of leadership because they don’t want the spotlight, the politics, the fight. But here’s the truth: the fight is exactly why we need them.

We don’t just need good leaders… We need life-affirming ones. Leaders who understand that the goal isn’t personal glory but collective growth. Leaders who are willing to step into the arena, not just when it’s inspirational, but when it’s brutal. When hard decisions need to be made. When the truth needs to be spoken. When the old structures need to be challenged.

That’s my purpose. That’s why I do this.

To find those quiet leaders. The ones with depth, integrity, and fire in their bellies, even if they don’t always show it. To help them step forward. Stand tall. And lead without becoming the very thing they’ve always resisted.

I believe the world doesn’t just deserve better leadership. It desperately needs it.

So if you’re one of those people—someone who wants to lead without losing your soul… this space is for you.

Let’s bring life-affirming leadership to the top where it belongs.

With conviction,

TC Gill

PS: Many career paths have opened to me in my journey… so why did I choose this?
Surely there are fewer challenging things to do that would reward well and wouldn’t overcomplicate my working life. Well, this is why… This is my fire…
