A little bit about me
I partner with leaders and organisations to navigate the path of change, unlocking growth, performance, and sustainable success. My working and coaching experience has taught me that every organisation is a system that needs to be healthy on the inside so that it can shine on the outside also, which is why I crafted a program that can be adapted in a range that fits the individual, a startup, but also mid and large companies.
It all depends on the need. Parts of this I teach through workshops, which allows me to work in larger groups and help them ACE the organisational and individual change.
Through collaboration, we (you and I) create an environment where leadership is empowered, and transformation becomes a reality by following collaborative practices.
I bring a positive spirit and humor to these organisational therapy sessions because I believe that creating a comfortable environment helps foster powerful connections that bring results and plant the seed for amazing ideas.
Having coached leaders, teams, and organisations, I bring a wealth of experience in guiding them through transformative journeys.
My approach is rooted in the ACE framework — Awareness, Communication, Engagement — which I use to empower leaders to drive lasting organisational change.

My Approach
I am a strong advocate for the ACE framework, which provides a comprehensive approach that is later personalized through one-on-one sessions with senior executives and teams. My programs are custom-designed to meet the unique needs of each leader and organisations, with the goal of guiding them along their journey. I focus on empowering them to drive organisational change using the people and resources they already have—or, as I like to put it, showing the real power of agile.
