Its my belief that the reason why Agile doesn’t work on some projects, is because the element of communication is forgotten. People get too hung up on processes and events that need to occur (e.g. elements of Scrum). If we just get back to the idea of communicating, and working out ways of doing that better, it will have huge benefits for the team/projects/business. Communication also raises the energy of the environment and increases interactions and opportunities of support. Thus avoiding that all too familiar scene of people doing ‘stuff’ on their own, and not being part of a team that supports each other. These 5 tools (see link below) are a great start for Agile… but some of them also apply to work environments in general.
